•                              $170/week each 3-5 months

• Studios                Semi Contained 1 Bedroom Studio /
•                              $250/week - 1 person                              
•                              $155/week ea couple  ($310week couple)

•                              Self Contained 1 Bedroom Studio
•                              $260/week single
•                              $155/week each couple ($310/week couple)

• Short Term Stays  -  rates calculated on length of stay and availability.
•                                   rates as above do not apply.
